Development release
Install WahPanel on your server
Download the Linux x86-64 build from dev.wahpanel.com. On a CyberPanel server, CyberPanel keeps port 8090 and WahPanel uses port 2053. The installer checks the archive's SHA-256 checksum before installation.
Run over SSH
Use a Linux server with systemd and root access. Bash, curl, unzip, OpenSSL, sqlite3 and ss must already be installed on a server with an existing panel. Confirm TCP 2053 is free and allow it in your provider firewall.
curl -fSL https://dev.wahpanel.com/download/install.sh -o /tmp/wahpanel-install.sh
sudo env WAHPANEL_DOWNLOAD_BASE=https://dev.wahpanel.com WAHPANEL_PORT=2053 bash /tmp/wahpanel-install.shOpen https://SERVER-IP:2053/ after installation. The initial certificate is self-signed. The installer shows where to retrieve your initial administrator credentials.
Start alongside CyberPanel
WahPanel detects CyberPanel and starts in read-only coexistence mode. Native service installation, SQL execution and host changes are blocked. Mail reconciliation and automatic service healing stay disabled. Existing packages, SSH and shared service ports are preserved.
Plan each service handover
Keep CyberPanel running while you inventory sites and verify backups. Test each website and its database before switching its routing. Treat mail and DNS as separate migrations with their own validation and rollback steps. Retire CyberPanel only after every service is verified. Automated per-service handover is not available in this development release; the read-only guard cannot be unlocked through the panel.
